A 3D scan of the area was conducted from a quadrocopter hovering at an altitude of sixty meters. The model consists of one Edit Poly object with a single texture scan that measures 8192 by 8192 pixels. This high-resolution scan is suitable for serving as a background fill in visualizing master plans. The model's accuracy is based on real photos, allowing it to capture many details and features of the landscape. To refine the model, I suggest applying the Slice modifier for precise trimming to desired sections. Note that this model should be used only for long-distance plans, as seen in the preview image. The 3D model is compatible with 3ds Max 2014, OBJ, FBX, MTL, and VRay formats.
