Aerobar mount for handlebar light

thingiverse

This is a special mount to accommodate both a bike GPS and Exposure Lights on Profile Design T3+ aerobars. It is convenient to save handlebar space and have a symmetrical light beam. It also allows the use of handlebar bags along with a handlebar light. The design is aimed at being solid with minimal vibrations, whilst remaining reasonably aero and lightweight (75g, without screws). It is designed for Exposure Lights but additional handlebar lights may fit. It is designed for a Garmin 1030 unit but additional GPS units may fit. The mount requires a bit of assembly and care, in particular: - 8 stainless steel screws (4mm) and nuts are needed. - A GPS mount (e.g. Garmin) is needed (designs are usually available on this website). It can be screwed / glued at the relevant location on the mount. - Printing on PETG is highly recommended Tested with a fairly heavy and large Toro light (236g)
