A musician friend of mine raved about Aerodrums as an excellent starter set. It's a virtual drum set that utilizes a camera, reflective tape on the drumsticks and foot straps to create a remarkable experience. My friend was blown away by its capabilities! I needed to find a way to securely mount the camera for optimal performance. This design requires a 3/8" male to 1/4" female converter coupler, which is a widely available accessory that can be easily sourced online with photography supplies. Additionally, a standard 1/4" male thread photography tripod will also be necessary; I was able to find one new for under $20.
