Aerodynamic Disc for Magnetic Motor

A concept I modeled up when I was experimenting with alternative energy. Its an aerodynamic rotary disk for inside a magnetic motor. Basically the concept was to catch the air and funnel it through the center of the motor. I added a "wing" blade inside the "scoop" blade with the concept being that it helps it reduces the drag and increase the spin rate. I'm not an aeronautical engineer, but perhaps one of you are, and can post some feedback on the concept.
