The scad is not customizer ready, but the wall thickness is easily modifiable if you want something else. (wl_th) Depending how flexible/springy your material is, decrease the filter holder OD (fh_od); the present value of 70 is already 1mm smaller than the actual measured OD. Can be printed fairly coarsely and with low infill, in the orientation shown (with the openings side down)
