Aeropress stock filter cover

# What is it? A filter cover for the stock aeropress filter holder. Heavily inspired by [`tom7's` `Aeropress filter holder / dispenser`](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:180837) as well as [`Stephen's` `Aeropress Filter Cover`](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2175152). # What are the features? * Fits a **stock** Aeropress filter holder * Cover for filters to protect them from dust * A convenient handle to easily pull the cover out of the holder if needed * A hole to make pulling a single filterpaper at a time out of the holder easier * Two small arms to keep the hole aligned with the opening of the stock filter holder # File differences There are two versions of this cover: Files **without** the `_small` suffix are the original version - the one you see in the pictures. This cover is taller than the `_small` version. This means the handle is easier to grip even if you are low on filterpapers. Files **with** the `_small` suffix are a smaller version (smaller in terms of height, other dimensions are the same), which is much more true to `tom7`'s original design (same height). Use this if vertical space over your holder is limited or you want to save material. For both versions, there are two `.stl` encodings available: `_binary` and `_ascii`. If you don't know what that means, download and use the `_binary` file, it does the same thing but takes less space. The `_ascii` version is just there in case someone wants it. The two files are functionally identical for printing. # Printing information Should be fairly easy to print. No rafts, no supports, I used PLA. Infill is your choice, I went with 10%, but you can probably get away with less. With my settings I ended up with ~15g of material used for the original version. The `_small` version uses 12g of material instead. # Why did I make it? I liked tom's design a lot, but thought it felt wasteful to reprint an entire holder for Aeropress filters again only for a slightly larger opening. Unfortunately tom's design has different dimensions and as a result the topper does not fit the stock filter holder shipped with a normal Aeropress. Stephen's design does fit the stock holder, but lacks some of the nice features that tom has come up with - namely the hole for your fingers to pull out one filter at a time and the arms to keep the hole aligned with the opening in the holder. Thus I designed my own, combining the things I liked from those two projects.
