The built-in FET is generating heat during operation of the extruder or bed. I added a fan and tried forced air cooling. As of now, fans are running on separate power supplies. Adhesive tape and 16 mm tapping screw are necessary for fixing. Attachment of the connector of the extruder is weak, and contact becomes worse. It became to fail to adjust the temperature of the extruder. It became shorter by about 1 cm, but stabilized by crimping 16P connector. To make it easier to pull out the connector, I attached a tie wrap. Cover is necessary for this printer because it may peel off when laminating. An expensive cover is not necessary. A plastic bag is enough. However, it is hard to see. So, I will combine an OHP sheet with a polyethylene bag. Be careful not to cover the main board below. There is a problem with heat dissipation. Just pinching it in clothespins is enough. The built-in SD card is 4 GB. In my printer SunDisk's one was used. Although it depends on the printer, since the SD card slot is manually soldered, there is a difference in proficiency by the operator. Due to this defect of soldering, an error may occur that the SD card can not read / write. It may be necessary to redo the soldering by experts. Repair by an amateur is actually simple, restoring by slightly deforming the soldered part of the SD card slot with a pin. It becomes a technique to mechanically deform the soldered part. Reliability according to crimping can be secured. The SD card itself can be used if you purchase a commercial product as it is and stab it. FAT16 would be a good format. Once height adjustment is done, it is recorded on the SD card. According to my trial and error, 8GB SD card could be used without problem. 32GB SD card was full of errors and could not be used. The last picture is an example of fixing so that the bed does not come down.
