Afterburner 7530 Cooling Fan Ducts

Afterburner 7530 Cooling Fan Ducts

After purchasing the Voron-ized Prusa Bear from smolboi, I noticed that the double blower on the Afterburner was not putting out enough CFM to properly cool PLA parts. This part replaces the cooling fan ducts and dual 5015 blower assembly of the Afterburner extruder with a single part that doubles as the fan ducts, as well as the 7530 blower mount. Despite the large size of the 7530 blower, the performance is significantly increased. This configuration has a total weight significantly less than the 3-part 2-fan part cooling assembly, has 6x the CFM output, all with half of the noise and power consumption! This remix was specifically designed for a custom Voron Afterburner-inspired Prusa extruder configuration with an e3D v6 and 5V 7530 blower fan. I cannot guarantee that this is compatible with any other Afterburner extruder. It is designed around the clearances required by the Prusa MK3s Bear extruder. Please feel free to expand on this design to fit your absurd Afterburner part cooling needs! If it comes out too tight, just heat up the nuts and push them into the hexagonal slots. Support required, Hand-painted supports highly encouraged (PrusaSlicer)
