Place over an agar plate and run a pen through the grooves to cleanly sector a plate. Great for colony counting and for streaking multiple things on the same plate. Instructions Print dish up. No support. Raft optional. It's best if you print a test first and scale to a minimal clearance fit around the plates you use. If the stencil doesn't fit well it will deform when you squeeze it making it hard to trace nice lines. Inspired by: http://www.teklalabs.org/print-my-lab-results/ (1st place novel gadget) but I couldn't find the STLs so I remade it.
