Agile Spool Adapter (20mm)

I needed a reliable spool adapter to mount standard 1Kg spools to the [20mm pipe spool mount I designed](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095951) for my Geeetech I3 Pro B. I tried a few designs I found here on Thingiverse, but none was satisfactory: some weren't reliable, slipping out of the spools at the most inappropriate time, others were too brittle, breaking apart after one single use. Here is my solution, with the *Full* version including grab slots for fingers as I thought it would make doing and undoing the screw a lot easier. The thread is big and lose, I've increased the tolerance to `0.6mm`, to be more forgiving on print errors, and should require no particular setup: just be sure not to produce too much stringing and decent short overhangs (even if the thread angle is at `60°` that lasts only for less than `10mm`). **UPDATE** I've added a longer bolt version (`100mm`) upon request, I believe it accommodates also 2Kg spools, but I haven't checked.
