This is a slim AGV K-3 SV chin mount for your GoPro case. This version hugs the contours of the helmet very closely, so hot gluing it creates a **very** strong bond, but is still removable (it might break the mount first though!). The length of the prongs is designed to tilt the GoPro to what I think is the right angle, when used with my splittie gopro case [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3539901](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3539901) The GoPro thumbscrew is also designed to go in the other side from usual, which allows access to the lower case screws (you have to use a normal m5 nut - the gopro domed nut is too fat).
