<p>Designed this model by using the free 3d scanned model of the AGV K3SV Helmet as uploaded on <a href="https://grabcad.com/library/agv-k5-k3-helmet-gopro-chin-mount-base-1"> grabcad.com by Samesh in May 2020</a>.</p> For a stronger, slimmer and more permanent mounting option than my previous chin mount; this was designed for daily use and MotoVlogging in mind. Have tested it and it holds strong. I reinforced the camera mount fingers with a layer of glue and primed/painted in matte black over the original Black PLA. I printed at 0.32mm layer height with a 0.8mm nozzle for added strength. Many of my action cam/gopro mounts printed at 0.2mm with a 0.4mm nozzle snapped easily, so i would recommend printing it thicc like this The back side of the Mount flush fits with the original Helmet design over the chin, only required some Scotch tape or 3M Sticky to adhere to the helmet. When the camera is mounted in, I can barely see it from the visor so it is not a distraction and the additional weight is negligible. Enjoy and Post your Makes :D
