I have headphones AIAIAI TMA-2 Young Guru edition. Headband broke a lot of time ago. Since that time I've made a lot of versions (I think it was about 10 versions) and this is one is best and satisfies me full. So I decided to share this design. The main problem was to find the right filament type and the right arrangement of parts on heatbed. Better to arrange parts as I provide in the gallery, the right position of parts needs for successfully print it without curling. The headband can be used right after print - it can be composed without glue. P.S. One notice - it is adapted for my head. It is a little different from the original design, but I think not a lot.
