This is the 3D model of my house. I created this using Chief Architect X8. The house was built in 1907 and this is my 3rd and last remodel. In 1987 I paid $14,500 for the house and today it’s worth about $550,000 due to gentrification. I don’t know weather to be elated or terrified. Basically I’m just a bit stunned. I don’t know how today’s generation will ever be able to afford to buy a home of their own.
