I found on Thingiverse an interesting air assist for lasers from Nunu57, It was what I was looking for, but my 20W diode laser has a different profile shape so I designed my own air assist based on Nunu57 one. It's tailored on Chinese LASER TREE's 20W laser and I don't know if it fits other models; please see pictures for dimensions. There're three models: - with fixed pipe receptor - with removable one for easier printing - standalone with mini radial blower The items are shown in printing position, supports needed of course... The pipe used is OD 6mm ID 4mm (aquarium air pipe). The O-ring is 16x11x2.5mm. Have fun!
