Some remixed parts for Slightly Abnormal's awesome Air Boat. - Motor Mount v2: fits the stock rudder uprights but the motor mount face is set back (toward the rear of the boat) by 5mm to accommodate a 2205 or 2206 motor and keep the prop line within the prop shroud. I might design a prop guard to slip over the stock shroud to keep fingers safe. - Light Mount: fits on top of the prop shroud and provides a platform on which to mount lights, strobes or maybe a small camera (vibration may be an issue for the latter). The mount should be glued only to the prop shroud. The legs rest on top of the rudder uprights but should not be glued to them. I use a repeat print of the left rudder upright to provide a wiring channel. The wires exit below the light mount legs but can be routed up the leg for a neat installation. - Lamp Mount and Lamp Base. Intended to fit to the bow of the boat in pairs and hold a 1.5W LED lap (ready made rc). Glue the base to the boat hull then connect the mount and base together using a 3mm screw/nut (or glue). Needs a wiring hole drilled to route the wires to the electronics box, plus a 12v supply (either a suitable BEC, switched supply or direct from a 3S LiPo battery).
