Ammunition for half-inch schedule-40 PVC air cannon barrels. I've tested this design along with many others shooting at under 100psi, and this one has performed the best. The tip is as pointy as possible without making the bullet too long, and the second part behind it keeps it stable and has been redesigned for less drag than the first prototype. The exact diameter is 19/32 inch. To scale the model for a different size pipe, scale by 32/19*X, where X is the desired diameter in inches. Obviously, DO NOT SHOOT THESE AT PEOPLE. Is now more front-heavy and flies straighter if shot at very high velocities Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: The more the better Infill: Solid Notes: I recommend solid infill- the more mass the better. Even printed solid the model is fairly small and doesn't take too long. If you can print with more layer resolution it would help reduce drag.
