Air Compressor Tire Inflator

This is an attachment for connecting to air compressor, for inflating tires. It has 1/4" NPT connector commonly found on air compressor hose on one end, and Shrader valve air chuck on the other. Shrader valve is commonly found in the automotive tires and also most bicycles. **Warning:** High pressure involved, use safety gear and use at your own risk. I regulate the compressor output pressure to no more than 80 psi. Do not leave attached to the pressure line. **Note**: There is another version of inflator published [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4860429). Air leakage is a big issue in 3d prints, since there are micro channels in the layer lines. My earlier attempts to have 100% 3d printable part did not succeed because I tried using TPU and Filastic (90A shore hardness) to print the gaskets. In this design the gaskets are cut from old hotend silicon socks and seal very well. The plunger is printed at 0.05mm layer height to have extremely smooth surface. It slides with little effort and provides excellent air seal. The overall housing is not sealed and will show small bubbles, when placed under water. It may be sealed with a brush on coat of polyurethane or runny epoxy. I didn't bother with this, since that micro-leakage is of little concern when inflating tires. This design also lacks a pressure gauge and a spring for returning the plunger back. I might add this in future - for now it is a quick and dirty functional prototype.
