<p>Having picked up a second-hand AC unit with a missing hose and rear filter cover, I search online to no avail, so decided to create my own custom filter cover.</p><p>Bought the filter material from Amazon and used the self-adhesive pads to secure it to the inside of the newly printed cover.</p><p>My AC unit brand is Challenge, but this model could easily be adapted to suit your needs.</p><p>Panel dimensions: 320mmx255mmx15mm</p><p><strong>Printed on a Kingroon KP5L with the following settings:</strong></p><ul><li>Normal Quality,</li><li>0.4 Nozzle and layer height,</li><li>Two walls,</li><li>Two top/Bottom Layers,</li><li>20% Infill,</li><li>Tree Supports,</li><li>Raft.</li></ul><p>Enjoy and be cool :)</p>
