Air damper with variable damping rate

The presented air damper is based on a simple "bicycle pump" principals and featuring variable damping rates. Variable damping may be required to make opening & closing door operaitons smoother due to different pulling force applied. Low damping ensuires low pulling force required to begin closing the door, while high damping is required to prevent door frame from damage when door is nearly closed.
