Air Duct Splitter

Air Duct Splitter

thingiverse

I made this as a splitter for the ventilation in a vintage Volvo PV. It has a 60 mm Intake and two 45 mm outlets. It has a bias system so that half of the flow goes to one side, and the rest is shared between both outlets. The reason for this is to allow more air to the passenger side. I guess this can be used in any application where an airflow need to be shared, and biased. Instructions I made this standing up, like a "Y". It works without support. I used Bendlay ABS for a bit of flexibility. It also sticks quite good to the surface. If you print using normal ABS you might need a raft. The contact surface is very small, so I'm not sure how well it will stick.
