Years of engineering and experiments with several designs resulting in this "irregular" baffle design which forces the air side to side along the silencer creating chaotic turbulence which effective reduces the sonic boom without disturbing the pellet. This design offers excellent and repeatable accuracy. The length, diameter and volume of the silencer are carefully calculated for optimal sound moderating characteristics while maintaining the dimensions/size in a compact format. The silencer is tested on multiple air gun types: PCP:s and high powered spring and gas ram air guns. For example: FX airguns, Hatsan, Weihrauch (Beeman R1 & R7 etc.), Zoraki Hp01. When used on PCP:s you will experience an incredible difference, makes your high powered PCP totally backyard friendly. The design of the baffles is almost only possible to produce in a 3D-printer, very hard with traditional manufacturing methods in a lathe or mill, that’s why you don’t see this design sold by conventional manufactures - it would be too expensive. For best results after 3D-printning clean the 1/2“ – 20 UNF thread with a plug tap. Constructed in Sweden by experienced machine engineers.
