Print with support only for the horizontal overhang. Print horn and tuning pipe on raft. Or use custom settings. ;-D 10% infill on all parts and 5 walls. I don't have specific data on air consumption but i recommend at least 1,5 bar of pressure. i used a thick sheet protector as membrane. and it has a rather low tone. But i recommend experimenting with different materials. Prototype Printed in PLA. You will need M5x25 Allen Head Screws, M5 Lock-Nuts and a 3/8BSP Fitting for Air supply. Have Fun !
