Air Horn

This is a human powered air horn! Instructions Print out the horn and the cap. Drill a 1/4" hole on the end of the flat part, on the outside of the horn, where the recessed circle is. (2" from end) ( Make sure you only drill through the first layer of plastic, and not all the way through to the center)Then cut a circle out of a latex balloon that is large enough to cover the end. Place the balloon tight across the end that has an inner and outer shell. Then place cap on same end. Then blow into hole that you drilled and make some noise!!! Notes: Make sure the balloon is tight across the end with no wrinkles! You also might have to clean out the inside of the horn where the plastic has bridged. I have not tested this design, so it might or might not work. Although it will most likely work.
