Multiple files. This is measured to fit a 13.5" air vent. This has a "standard" PGA cup, short cup, and also broken into 3 different parts for those with smaller printers. Probably should print in PETG or ABS since this will be in an air vent. I risked it and went with PLA just to try it. Remix as necessary to suit your needs.
