Disclaimer - This is a proof of concept digital design only. This digital design is for learning purposes only. This digital design is not for production. *Be safe, please wear appropriate PPE* - These booths are not a replacement for PPE, they are only for catching overspray. *Use in a well ventilated location* - Don't use indoors or enclosed spaces without the provided hose venting to outside, fumes from paint can be toxic. I use my booth with acrylic model paints in a well ventilated shed, I have found a significant amount of overspray was still coming out the back of the booth and accumulating on the wall. The workbench I use it on is also not very deep so I wanted to be able to push it right up to the wall. Couple of options; Standard version - No need to modify the booth. Slim version - Requires cutting into rear coupling of the booth (see photos) ~2cm slimmer. Complete is a large print, I printed on an Ender 5 Plus (bed size 360mmx360mm), so I've also included a split version for smaller printers or if you only need the 90 degree redirection. The split version will require gluing with super-glue or epoxy. I used layers of paper towel to try and catch more overspray, clamping with the cover, added rubber bands to keep together, depending on how many layers this does restrict airflow. I've included a photo of the paper towel after priming 20 Necron models black.
