Airgun B3 Breech Seal

Airgun B3 Breech Seal

My breech plug was not sealing that well anymore, so after trying the rubber washer method I decided to try to print one. I used PETG for this since it's more flexible than PLA. 1. Prep your you rifle by removing the old breech seal (leave the orange/red washer in place that is under the seal) 2. Print the breech with 20% infill at 0.1 layer height. 3. Remove the printed part right after it's done, so it is still warm. 4. Place the part in the rifle and close the breech, to force the seal into place and have it take the shape of the cone shaped breech. 5. Use a razor blade to trim any off any excess.
