Make you project glide with these linear drawer slides, made with airsoft pellets as ball bearings. Materials needed: 3D Print Airsoft Pellets Lighter/Match WD-40 Instructions: Line up the chamfered holes so they are facing each other. Insert 4 airsoft bearings into each side Slide the inner rod 90% on till the hemispheres in the front of the rails are half covered Insert a bearing in to each of the hemispheres in the front and pull the rod Pull the rod forward till the hemisphere on the back of the rod are half covered Insert 2 bearings into the back of the rod. Pull the rod all the way forward till it stops Using a match or lighter heat up the back tab until it is soft and pliable Using the match stick or stick flip the tab up to lock the assembly in place A few drops of WD-40 on the bearings goes a long way.
