Airsoft Barrel Heatsink for SOCOM GEAR PLR-16. Length 110mm, Outer Diameter 35mm. Serve no practical purpose, just looks cool. Design based on a 14-teeth gear, hence the rounded edges. Center hole is printed as 20mm diameter, with a small step of diameter 18mm. The other end has a step of 25mm diameter. May fit others with modifications. How I Designed This I am using the "Gear" tools from FreeCad to create the outer cylinder. Before creating the gear, draw the two concentric circle 35mm and 20mm respectively. This represent the inner and outer limit. Using the gear tools, play with the parameters until you are satisfied.
