My M203's barrel latch broke, so I designed a replacement. It won't live up to abuse, but it's good enough for me. If your model of M203 has room, I'd suggest you add more reinforcement to the hook. Use thick walls and 100% infill. Supports required. Depending on your pin, the pivot hole might be tight. Print laying down, on it's side; The hole should print as a vertical column.
