This design features an m4 hole with a slightly wider wall, so that you're able to secure it to a buffer tube. I've used an m4x30, including the nut, to secure it. It's a really good looking design, but benefits from being printed at 1% less for a standard buffer tube, though some sanding may be required to aid the part friction fit.
