airsoft m82a1 barrett silencer

like having silencers on my airsoft guns, but couldn't find anything for my snow wolf m82 so built one important: the silencer is designed to slip over and be supported by the long barrell of the standard snow wolf m82. it is rigid enough to support it's own weight, but would need some serious revamping of internals to get it to work with the shorter barrel cqb version of the m82. wouldn't want anyone to spend 40 odd hours printing parts only to find they won't fit :( designed using fusion360 based on photos from the interwebs and basic dimensions from barrett's website. it's designed to mimic the look of a shorter barrel cqb m82 with silencer fitted.  the fusion f3d files are included if anyone wants to play around with the design is a long silencer so divided it into four main sections - baffle and front, mid and rear body parts. parts are connected using nubs on one part that twist into corresponding slots on another part. this technique (and others) described in great detail by angus from makers muse (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzCm1iTf8PA around 17:00 mark) tried to minimise the amount of supports required, but are a lot needed for the baffle, and takes a good bit of finishing to clean up the baffle vents designed parts to fit snugly taking ito account printer dimensional inaccuracy (approx 0.2mm on my ender 3). may need some light filing around joining surfaces and on internal supports to get to parts fit and for silencer to slip onto barrel parts sliced using almost standard pla profile in cura 4.6.1. only change from standard was to increase wall thickness to 1.5mm. as the body walls in the model are generally 3mm thick, this means there is no infill in most of the silencer, just solid pla. sliced it this way as things tend to get banged around in the heat of battle :D
