Designed these fixtures to aid in lightening or 'swiss cheesing' airsoft pistons. For standard pistons or pistons with a Full Metal Rack, use the STD FMR fixture. For Lonex or similarly shaped pistons with partial metal racks, use the Lonex HMR base. I've also uploaded a base that holds either type of piston at 45deg - please note that a small wedge of foam etc is needed to hold the piston at 45deg when drilling into it (you can use your hands, but a wedge is safer). Please note that there are minor differences in piston size and shape in airsoft, meaning some pistons will be tight and others a bit loose in these fixtures. If yours is a bit to loose, place a thin piece of foam or cardboard under it to reduce slop. If it's to tight, try the Lonex HMR fixture as this one is slightly wider. Recommend 0.1mm layer height; 0.2 will work but depending on your printer may tighten up the fixture.
