This is designed to be a one-piece vortex block for airsoft use. This is the kind used for the EE-05 "Montag" Flamethrower as seen on our airsoft teams facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/pg/EEskunkworks/photos/?tab=album&album_id=2048200882058318 the air inlet hole is 0.32 inches in diameter (to be able to be tapped - just be sure to use enough perimeters), and the outlet hole is designed to be a loose fit for standard AEG barrels, suggested to use Epoxy to make the barrel stay in place. This vortex block is designed to fit inside 1-1/4 inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe. (measuring 1.38 inches inner diameter) Vortex blocks don't need to deal with much stress or anything so reccomended settings are 2 or more perimeters, with at least 15% infill. we've generally stuck to 3 perimeters and 20% infill.
