Custom airsoft part: Working short low-cap magazine for WE SCAR-H MK17 and MK20 SSR AEG replicas. The magazine can hold about twenty 6mm BBs and it mimics the looks of the real 10 round SCAR magazine. Everything can be printed appart from 2 springs and 5 screws. The springs and the head can be sourced from a cheap magazine such as a 'BattleAxe 75rd M4' magazine or you may find them on AliExpress. Print Instructions: All parts are pre-positioned in the way I have printed them. Print in PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, 3 walls, 30% infill Use supports (touching build plate only) for the top and left parts. Use a brim for the shell. Assembly: (see 7th pic) Parts required: one 150-200mm spring, one 4x7mm spring, four M2x6mm (or 8mm) screws, one M3x10mm screw File the two ramps at the top of the BB channel for removing the layer stairs. Add oil to both sides of the BB channel and around the lock piece. Insert the lock piece in the top part and squeeze the 4x7mm spring behind the lock Add the top part to the right panel. Add the head to the 150mm spring. Slide the 150mm spring on the spring guide and add the guide and spring to the right panel. Insert the head in the hole of the top part, then it is easy to squeeze the spring into the channel Add the left panel for closing the chamber. Use the fours 2M screws. Insert the chamber into the shell and lock it at the bottom with the M3 screw. I used tolerances of 0.2mm and 0.4mm and everything should fit nicely. The screw holes are a little smaller on purpose.
