Obsolete - New Version Available We modified Airtripper's original extruder for our version of the Rostock printer. Our goal was to reduce the footprint while maintaining the same functionality. Follow us on twitter @BootsIndustries Modifications include: -Removed the motor shaft support -Remove the need for idler body strut -Modified tensionner for self attachment -Added a 4 mm OD tube adaptor -Elongated the filament guide tunnel -Modified mounting holes for M3 We are working on additional modifications that will be posted soon. -BI Instructions Sketchup model and .stl files are included. We recommend printing your extruder in PLA or ABS with an infill > 40%. The picture shows a part printed in PLA 1.75 mm.
