It's a spool roller with the exact same design as Airtripper's Pocket Filament Reel Rollers, but that uses half the bearings. All credit to Airtripper for this fantastic and useful design! Update April 7 The description said that a piece needed to be mirrored, but it doesn't. To use this thing you must print 4 identical pieces. Instructions To make a pair of reel rollers you need to print 4 of the roller pieces. This is to ensure the hole that the roller has in the base is in oposite sides, so a screw can be placed. Parts List: 4 x 608 ZZ (or simply 608) Roller Skate Ball Bearings. Very cheap off Ebay. 8 x M3 x 20mm Hex Head Screws. Ebay. 16 x M3 washers. Ebay. 8 x M3 Nuts. Ebay. 3D Printer Filament. Tools Required 3D Printer. Hex Key to Fit Screw Heads. Pliers or Spanner of some type. 3MM drill bit (or 3.2 so the screw can go through easier) to clean out the screw holes in the printed parts.
