Takes M4 nuts heat sunk into the side of it and M4x30mm bolts. I wanted to mount an AKM grip on my picatinny railed handguard so I mashed these two designs together and tweaked them to mount the grip that I have. Should work with standard AKM grips and screws. Have not tested or tried Magpul or other more modern grips. Still working on dialing in some things and rounding some edges but it appears to be solid. Only tried printing with PLA+ but so far I can't rip the grip off when the screw is tightened.
