Coming from alto sax I am used to have the instrument catching the spit itself. But with this it is just dripping down.. no good. I wanted to have a solution that a) catches most of the spillage in normal usage b) is small c) does not scratch or ware out the visible paint on the body. Therefore I utilized the 6.3 mm jack on the botom which is not used with the 5000 since it is wireless anyway to add the l sized holder. just clamp a piece of cotton or tissue in there and change it every 30 min ;) Sorry for low contrast in photos I just had transparent fillament left
