I broke my AKG Y55 headphones' headband. I decided to replace it. Not adjustable, but is similar to fully opened setting on the original headband. If you need to customize, here is the Onshape link: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/f991bc8caadb212f07ee11e5/w/ef2e7ad1c7649aaea8657328/e/4aeb20f3ade0f719fb79187b Printed in PETG, works very well. How to install: Remove fake hex screw caps from the joints where the headphones are connected to the band. Remove the joint tap by hitting it with something like a thin nail. Open and or break apart the original headband. Be careful not to damage the wire. Print out the parts, attach headphones to the band with the same taps that you removed. Use the clips to secure the wire to the slit on the headband, pull the wire tight so it won't flap around. Optional: add some drops of super glue to the slit and glue the wire in place. Use hot glue to glue the fake hex caps back on. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Use PETG. Support only between the "joint" area. Post-Printing Remove the support
