Welcome to Mecca! The Kaaba ("The Cube") is a building at the center of Islam's most important mosque in the Hejazi city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is the most sacred site in Islam. Wherever they are in the world, Muslims are expected to face the Kaaba when praying. One of the Five Pillars of Islam requires every Muslim who is able to do so to perform the Hajj (Greater Pilgrimage) and visit the Kaaba at least once in their lifetime. About 1.5 million people visit it every year. MiniWorld is excited to bring this charming model to life. This model was made from scratch by hand and brain in Autodesk Fusion 360 by collaborator Daniel Muradás, please give credit, it's all about spreading culture and education!
