Alarm whistle giving the shrill multi-tones of the Victorian era London police whistle. It is designed for key ring attachment. Small, quick to build and VERY loud. Be careful not to damage your own and other peoples ears! Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Low Infill: 20% Post-Printing Finishing and Sounding the Whistle Lightly sand the whistle inside and out, then remove any debris and plastic threads from the two pipes. Coat the inside and outside of the whistle with plastic surface primer to fill any tiny holes that could cause pressure leaks and difficulty sounding the whistle. I slightly diluted some primer and poured it into a pipe and agitated the finger sealed pipe, then poured the primer out and did the same with the other pipe. After the primer dries, check inside the pipes again for any threads or debris. To use the whistle, hold it vertically against the front of your bottom lip and, with your lips pursed, blow down vigorously into the center of the whistle so both pipes sound simultaneously. If you have trouble blowing both pipes simultaneously, turn the whistle 90 degrees and try blowing just one pipe. The boss at the whistle bottom allows attachment to key rings, etc.
