Alfawise U10 - "Titan E3D" support for the original MK8 extruder

Since the X-Carriage of the "Alfawise U10" is mirrored respecting the CR-10, unfortunately many projects already on Thingiverse don't allow to install the "Titan E3D" in this printer. Waiting for a replacement carriage I created this adapter. This is the first version, certainly i can improve it with your feedback. Titan's support is high enough, so you can use the most common coolers available on Thingiverse. Both standoff is not really necessary, but if you want an ordered wiring print both.
