Quick Update, i desigend a version 2 which has tighter tollerances around the hobbed gear. It's literally a perfect fit on mine with ABS so should work fine with PLA :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FL2EYUyB99U This is a little extra addon to be attached to the Alfawise U10 extruder (Inner Part) as i was having trouble printing with flexibles. The same part is found on the Alfawise U20 so i simply copied the design. This is Version 1, so will eventually improve it to have tighter tollerances. Including the Fusion360 files for those who wish to modify it :) Joe
