[Alfawise U20] Rails Linéaires mgn12 sur les axes X , Y et Z

pour bricoleur averti et la bourse pleine , ça coûte cher , environ 150€ voire plus ) et l'option du Dual Z est fortement conseillé (je dirais même obligatoire) vu qu'il n'y a plus aucune roue !  prévoir de mettre a l’équerre tout les profilés aussi , ça va faciliter l'assemblage   passage en Rails Linéaire avec des mgn12 sur les 3 axes en même temps  , il y a 2 raisons a ces modifications :     supprimer les points durs dans les impressions et aller plus vite avec la même précision (si possible) ce que j'ai fait  en partant des infos glanées un peu partout  et souvent contradictoires , et du coup j'ai acheté les rails avec la mauvaise longueur  (joli début) parce ce que ce qui  fonctionne bien séparément coince dès qu'on assemble pour l'axe X et le Z  du coup il y a ce que moi j'ai fait , et ce qu'il est possible de faire en ayant les bonnes infos , a chacun de choisir sa façon de faire et il faut déjà choisir ce qu'on veut faire , les rails n'auront pas la même longueur suivant mgn12 Fixation des rails avec 5 vis M3x8 + 5 t-nuts - la fixation du chariot mgn12 sur le chariot de la tete d'impression avec 4 vis M3x6 tete fraisée - la fixation et le positionnement du chariot central pour la courroie est faite avec la vis-écrou-excentrique d'origine + 4 vis M3x6 pour le mgn12 - le tendeur de courroie coté droit modifié de 90° a cause du rail de 400 mm, prendre un rail plus court a 350 mm devrait permettre d'utiliser un tendeur standard (a vérifier) et perçage de 2 trous pour la fixation du tendeur + 2 vis M3x8 - le support moteur coté droit est inversé vers l'avant ( donc inversion du câblage a faire sur les 2 fils extérieurs ) pour fixer le damper sur le moteur avec 2 vis M3x6 puis sur le support moteur avec une vis M3x15 coté machine , l'ensemble fixé avec 2 vis M3x8 ( perçage a faire ) et une vis M3X30 qui fixe en même temps le fin de course du X et une vis M3x6 positionnement et fixation du profilé X avec des écrous M5 nylock , mettre en place les sans serrer les vis extérieures puis serrer l'ensemble progressivement en le mettant a niveau a mesurer avec le pied a coulisse pour avoir les 2 pièces de fixation du profilé X parallèle (vérifier sans Axe Y Rail Y: 2 de 500 mm en fonction du système choisi 2 mgn12 par rail peu importe la version U20, CR10 , voir sur thingiverse ou autre Fixation des rails avec 10 vis M3x8 + 10 t-nuts et les mgn12 avec 16 vis M3x6 et après essai une version pour l'axe Y avec le coté gauche en diamètre 5 guidé pour utiliser les vis d'origine plus la cale pour mieux aller en butée sur le fin de course arrière et
