Like the Cat Ears, Mercreature Fins, and Horns in the Halloween 2012 series, these fit on a standard headband.

Instructions
To attach to headband, stretch and place through the T-slot, then turn so it lays perpendicular.
For best results, print with the following settings:
Infill = 10
Layer Height = .25
Shells = 1
