A recreation of the M40 grenade used by the Colonial Marines in Aliens. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Notes: The top section needs to be printed with supports because of the overhangs. The rest should be fine. I suggest you print in the orientation the parts are supplied. Infill and resolution at your discretion. Post-Printing Finishing I did the usual sanding and filling until the print was smooth, then sprayed the piece up with Plasticote Chrome. The small primer on the base should be gold. The cap can be either be printed in red or green, or painted the right colour afterwards. It needs a white stripe adding, which I did by masking the cap with tape and giving it a light coat of white spray. You can glue the button in place, or you can use the spring from an old biro to allow the button to move.
