This is a vers basic design of the earmuff and hinged pieces for an Aliens USCM Helmet. I ended up making the hinge parts from aluminium and just used the actual earmuff part. I added an earpad from a gaming headset, a random knob on the bottom and made some metal pins for the sides on the lathe.
