Just unscrew everything from the X-axis carriage and screw the mount on it, then you can simply zip tie the dremel on. For your cnc g code generator you can use fusion 360. I'm not going in depth how to work with it, there are plenty tutorials out there but i will explain how to post process it to work with the printer. When post processing you have to select a cnc machine in the list, obviously an ender 3 isn't there so you have to use one that happens to work on an ender. I found out that the boXZY works well without much g code modifications. When the file is generated you'll notice it's an nc file and not a g code file, converting this can be simply done by copy and pasting the text in a g code file (use ctrl+a to select everything or cmd+a on mac). Then you just have to type the homing command G28 in the beginning of the text so it homes, make sure to use capital G or else it's not recognised.
