Aliexpress Drill Press Guide Black&Decker

This is a modification of a drill guide bought at Aliexpress. Original clamp is for drills with 43mm OD front mounting end. New printed clamp will fit drills with 48 mm OD mounting ends. Photo shows Black&Decker DR260. Original clamp bolting hardware is used. I have not figured the purpose of the bolt on the side of clamp. Therefore, there are two versions of the clamp body. One is without the side bolt feature (this is the one on the photos). The other one, rev.1 is with such feature (extra nut will be required) for those who needs it. I never printed rev.1. Therefore, no photo uploaded. Print at you own risk. Drill press data: guide rod diameter 13.82 mm, 104-105 mm between the guides (center to center). Clamp bolts: head 8.96mm OD, Allen key type, threaded shank is of 5.7mm OD (not sure what this is in imperial) and 24mm long. Nuts are for 3/8" wrench (9.76mm). P.S.
